English T5ForConditionalGeneration Small Cased model (from NeuML)

Pretrained T5ForConditionalGeneration model, adapted from Hugging Face and curated to provide scalability and production-readiness using Spark NLP. t5-small-bashsql is a English model originally trained by NeuML.
